The best part of my job: Helping to create beautiful rugs for my clients and taking some of the work off of their shoulders. The best thing about Scott Group: The people. It’s so wonderfully refreshing working with people that are happy, kind, helpful and committed to getting the job done. My definition of good customer service: Scott Group is the definition of good customer service. We want our clients to be happy and will do whatever we can to make it that way! When I’m not at work I’m: Spending time with Sydney Rose — reading books, taking walks and teaching her world. If I happen to get a break from that, I hope to be relaxing!
